With deadlines to meet, it can be tempting to neglect sleep and eat fast food. But it’s important to take care of yourself and maintain your health. Lack of sleep and poor nutrition can result in decreased brain function. It will be harder to focus and recall information. Set a schedule and stick to it. Go to bed at the same time every night and eat nutritious meals. 

Seek Academic Support

Academic support is a vital resource. Many college students make the mistake of trying to fix failing grades on their own, which can be a mistake. If your grades are starting to drop, don't be afraid to seek help.
